Once an invite has been sent, you can accept the invitation and submit your company details. Once your account is linked to the customer's account, you can access resources, account set up, orientation and training that's readily available from the customer.
How to accept Partner Onboarding invitation
Open the invitation email and follow these steps:
- Open the invitation email, then click Accept Invitation.
- Fill in your details, then select Get Started.
- An email will be sent to your inbox to set your password for the first time.
How to set password for first time - Select Go to Topo if you already have a password set up for your account on Topo.
